With the Yankees, Blaylock pitched in 15 games, showcasing his skills over 25 2/3 innings with an impressive 3.51 ERA. Across his entire career, he appeared in 41 games, starting 13 of them, and accumulated a total of 125 2/3 innings pitched with a 4.80 ERA and a 4-6 record.

He returned to the minor leagues and even ventured into the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League, where he continued to excel, posting a 15-13 record in 35 games.
